Part VI, Chapter VI<\/strong> of the Constitution of India states provisions for appointment and removal, role and function of the Subordinate Courts in India. The subordination of these courts is under the High Courts of their State. These Courts are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Civil Court <\/strong><\/li>
  2. Criminal Court<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Revenue Court<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Under the category of this Subordinate Courts fall the category of Civil Judge which is a post for young aspirants who aspire to pursue their careers in the field of judiciary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Civil Judge Exams are conducted by the High Court<\/strong> and Public Service Commissions<\/strong> of the respective States. Everything is decided by the High Court in some states and PSC in some, from the syllabus to the eligibility and exam selection process.
