Himachal Pradesh Judiciary Exam and Pattern are issued by the Shimla High Court<\/em><\/strong>. All interested candidates can look at their official site and get updates on the posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are three<\/strong> stages of the Himachal Pradesh Civil Judge Exam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Preliminary Exam<\/strong> – the screening test – MCQ Based – Language: English<\/li>
  2. Mains Exam<\/strong> – Written \/ Subjective Based – Offline<\/li>
  3. Interview<\/strong> – Viva Voce<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Preliminary Exam is conducted online where the candidates are screened and the selected candidates appear for the Mains Exam, which is written in nature. Once the candidate qualifies for the written exam, he becomes eligible for the Viva Voce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ii. Translation of Hindi Passage into English – 50 marks

    Paper 5 – Language (100 Marks)<\/strong>
    Hindi (in Devanagari Script) No books prescribed. The paper of Hindi will comprise of the following:
    Translation of English passage into Hindi – 30 Marks
    Essay in Hindi on any topic out of three – 50 Marks
    Composition (Idioms and Corrections etc.) – 20 Marks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
