6. Delivery Policy

Physical Products
Books and printed notes are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending upon location and courier services.
Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances shall not create liability on Vidhik Shiksha.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fees paid for online courses, test series, recorded lectures, and digital products are non-refundable.
Once course access is provided, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
Refunds, if approved in exceptional circumstances, shall be at the sole discretion of Vidhik Shiksha.
Physical products damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
